Bio: Sarah Williams earned her Ph.D. in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University, and she teaches and performs research in Forensic Molecular Biology at VCU. She and her husband also run Bees Knees Farm, a small, diversified farm with a focus on ethical, sustainable production of raw goat milk products, poultry, pork, rabbit, and honey.
