This recipe collection is here to help you find wholesome, healthy, whole food recipes for a healthier lifestyle for you and your family. So often, a client will tell me they don't have any recipes that fit the food plan I discuss with them. Well..... here they are!
If you would like to contribute a recipe, simply email your recipe to goodhealthherbs@comcast.net. Please include your name with your recipe.
I ask that the ingredients in the recipes be whole foods and healthy substitutes. Examples: agave nectar, honey, xylitol, evaporated cane juice sugar vs. white processed sugar or splenda. Whole grain flours vs. white processed flour.
