She is a master’s prepared registered nurse (RN), a yoga instructor (RYT 200), as well as a board-certified integrative health coach (NBHWC). Her background in nursing includes both cardiac care and anesthesia.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eShe left her hospital nursing job when her children were young and intended to go back as they grew older. But she was reluctant to return and ultimately felt like she wanted to care for people in a different way than was possible in a hospital setting. She desired her care to be more holistic and to be able to work towards long-term wellness.
